We work in partnership with groups and organizations who want to build community, or who want to strengthen their capacity to work for equity and social change. We work with organizations to build their intercultural relationships and skills, to integrate civic engagement and community involvement into their work, to strengthen leadership development and community organizing capacity, and to support and enhance social change initiatives. We offer a variety of program services, including facilitation, training, evaluation and planning.
Side by Side works together with our clients toward the goals they hope to achieve, building on their strengths and relationships. We bring a broad knowledge of community resources and are able to make valuable linkages. We are dedicated to building inclusive and empowering organizations, institutions, and communities.
