Along with Victoria Amaris, we convene a Community of Practice every 2-3 months. Each time we meet, there is time for networking, information sharing and problem solving, followed by a presentation of a tool, case study or promising practice. 4:30-5:30 Victoria Amaris provided a brief review of a variety of cultural assessment methods and tools and facilitated a discussion on topic: Cultural Assessment Tools, choosing the best methods for an organization’s cultural competence process. ➢ When in the process, and why, do you conduct an assessment? ➢ Share your own best practices and worst ones too
