Along with Victoria Amaris, we convene a Community of Practice every 2-3 months. Each time we meet, there is time for networking, information sharing and problem solving, followed by a presentation of a tool, case study or promising practice. - 4:30-5:30: More than Skin Deep: Uprooting White Supremacy One Cell at a Time Join Heather Hackman and Susan Raffo as they talk about their work combining an understanding of individual & historical trauma with an understanding of the history and practice of white supremacy in the service of ending racism. Who should attend? Facilitators of cultural competency, inclusion, organizational transformation, anti-racism or equity work, and those who are interested in sharing and learning more about these areas.
